Coordinate Geometry data entry application with street center line expansion to right-of-way, with dimensions on all lines and arcs with break points (digitizer's snap points for all lot lines).  This format is taken directly off of the paper subdivision plats that you submit to the planning department.

This example has 21 lots, with all lines except with the lot lines entered and dimensioned. The street right-of-ways are also generated from the street centerlines.  Text such as, street names, are supplied however operator will need to move them to make pretty.

FYI:
SP = starting point (monument marker),  SRT = Plat starting point,  FIN = Plat ending point
MEASURE = give distance between SRT and FIN (should be 0.000 or there about, ARCs will affect this)
